● High-rigidity, high-torque electric spindle, with a maximum torque of 162 N·m and a maximum speed of 6,000 r/min;
● The spindle housing features a finned heat‑dissipation design that effectively reduces spindle temperature rise, enhancing spindle stability and bearing life.
● The spindle bearings utilize high-precision angular-contact bearings and cylindrical roller bearings from NSK or SKF, capable of withstanding substantial axial and radial cutting forces.
● The spindle preloading control based on quantitative matching ensures high precision, high rigidity, and high stability of the spindle.
● The turret features a design that employs servo‑motor indexing, hydraulic clamping, and gear‑disc positioning, delivering rapid tool changes and high positioning accuracy. Its interior is fully sealed, with zero lift during indexing, ensuring precise and stable operation.
● The high-power milling spindle, in conjunction with the main spindle, enables indexing with an accuracy of 0.0001° and also supports contour machining.
● Programmable servo tailstock: Allows programmable setting of the tailstock’s stroke and thrust, enabling fine adjustments to the thrust while clamping the workpiece; it is also suitable for a wide range of unmanned machining applications.
● The three-axis guide rails are sourced from Japan’s THK or Germany’s INA; the ball screws are supplied by Japan’s NSK.
● Centralized maintenance area for air supply and lubrication, ensuring ease of operation and convenient subsequent maintenance.
● The spindle bearing employs wind‑tunnel cooling, effectively suppressing temperature rise.
