Maintenance Services
Even after the warranty period expires, we continue to provide free online support and technical guidance, as well as on-site service through scheduled or unscheduled visits. We also offer timely spare parts at preferential prices and conduct regular or ad hoc customer satisfaction surveys.
After-sales service
Upon notification from the customer, Yixing Company will provide a response within 4 hours during working hours and within 24 hours at other times. When on-site intervention is required, the technical service engineer at our company’s regional technical service center will be responsible, ensuring arrival within 24 hours to guarantee timely support.
Installation and Commissioning Services
Upon arrival of the machine tool at the customer’s site and after the customer has completed its installation, the customer shall notify Yixing Company in writing to dispatch personnel to the site for fine leveling, commissioning, and precision verification.

Training Services
Upon the effective date of the contract, Yixing Company shall provide the customer with three free training sessions, each lasting three days, at Yixing’s factory. Following the completion of machine tool commissioning and acceptance at the customer’s site by Yixing personnel, Yixing may also provide the customer with a three-day on-site training session at the customer’s premises.
Consulting Services
Prior to the official launch of Yixing Machine Tools, Yixing Company provides customers with technical consulting services, including product presentations and answers to technical inquiries, to help them quickly grasp product performance and usage requirements. By aligning these insights with the customer’s specific business processes, we deliver tailored product solutions and technical support, enabling customers to select the optimal machine configuration.
