  The greatness of a university lies in its masters, and the strength of an enterprise lies in its capable leaders. The key to cultivating such leaders is knowing how to recognize and effectively deploy talent—putting the right people in the right roles. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, human needs can be categorized into physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self‑actualization needs. Everyone seeks recognition and aspires to realize their personal value; this is especially true for exceptional talents who possess specialized skills. For an enterprise to achieve sustained growth, it must invest in and retain top talent, thereby preventing brain drain. In doing so, both the company and the individuals can fulfill their respective potential.
