PRODUCTS CENTER

● Equipped with the Mitsubishi M80B CNC system from Japan. ● Standard configuration includes a high-speed spindle rated at 12,000 rpm. ● The three axes utilize high-speed, high-precision linear guides, delivering a rapid traverse rate of 48 m/min, thereby significantly reducing non‑cutting time and enhancing machining efficiency. ● Key components such as the bed, column, and spindle housing are manufactured from premium HT300 castings, which undergo tempering and aging treatments to eliminate internal stresses. Finite element analysis was employed to optimize the design, resulting in a well‑balanced structural layout and strategically placed reinforcing ribs, effectively improving the overall machine rigidity.

This product is our upgraded version of model 1165, featuring comprehensive structural rigidity and configuration enhancements. It employs H45-wide roller guides, while the Y-axis utilizes four guide rails to meet heavy-load and high-rigidity requirements. Standard equipment includes an internal screw-type chip conveyor, effectively addressing issues with chip removal. We have selected a Taiwan‑made spindle configuration—four spindles at the front and two at the rear—to satisfy demanding heavy‑cutting applications. A wide range of optional features is available to cater to diverse user needs, including BT50 spindles, center‑through coolant, oil‑cooling units, automatic top doors, mist‑collection systems, front and rear coolant tanks, and chain‑ or scraper‑type chip conveyors. Target markets include mold machining, automotive components, communication‑related cavities, and hardware parts, among others. The standard control system is Mitsubishi’s M80B; for mold machining, we recommend the M80A option. Fanuc 0i-MF Plus comes pre‑configured with a Type 5 control system, but for mold‑related operations, we suggest using either Type 1 or Type 3. Siemens machines equipped with the 828D require additional functional activation to enable full mold‑processing capabilities.

1. This machine model features a compact structure, rational layout, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. 2. It comes with extensive configuration options, capable of meeting the machining requirements of various parts. 3. Equipped with high-precision ball screws and linear guides, it offers a rapid traverse speed of up to 32 m/min, ensuring precise and efficient machining. 4. The ball screw assembly adopts a pre-tensioning design, effectively minimizing thermal deformation effects. 5. Optional oil‑film feeders are available, reducing labor costs and enabling continuous, nonstop loading and unloading. ● Depending on the workpiece, users can select either a synchronized guide sleeve or a guide‑sleeve‑free configuration. ● An optional embedded power head allows for eccentric hole machining on both the front and back sides. ● Featuring new software, this machine reduces cycle times, enhances machining accuracy, and improves user convenience. ● The power head’s rotational speed has been increased, with a maximum speed of up to 8,000 rpm.

● Equipped with a rear turret (BS205/BS206) to enable fully simultaneous machining on both the spindle side and the counter-spindle side. ● A synchronized guide bushing or a guide‑free configuration can be selected depending on the workpiece. ● An optional built-in power head allows for eccentric hole machining on both the front and rear sides. ● Featuring new software, it reduces cycle time, enhances machining accuracy, and improves user convenience. ● The power head’s rotational speed has been increased, with a maximum speed of up to 8,000 min⁻¹.

● Equipped with the Mitsubishi E70 CNC control system from Japan, offering high precision and high speed, with a maximum rapid traverse rate of up to 24 m/min. ● Turret‑type tool magazine design. ● Pneumatic spindle clamping; other chucks available as options. ● Optional Y-axis control enables four power heads to perform side‑face drilling, face milling, and tapping; alternatively, three additional power heads can be mounted on the end face for face milling, drilling, and tapping. ● Optionally equipped with an oil‑film feeder, enabling long‑duration unattended operation.

● Equipped with a rear turret (BS205/BS206) to enable fully simultaneous machining on both the spindle side and the back‑spindle side. ● The back‑spindle turret features Y-axis rotation (BS206), allowing for fully simultaneous composite machining on both the back side and the spindle side. ● Depending on the workpiece, you can choose between a synchronized guide sleeve or a guide‑sleeve‑free configuration. ● An optional built-in power head enables eccentric hole machining on both the front and back sides. ● Featuring new software that reduces cycle time, enhances machining accuracy, and improves ease of use. ● Increased power head rotational speed, with a maximum speed of up to 8,000 min⁻¹.
